Articles 4, 8, 10, 14, 15, 17, 29 and 32 of Borsa Ä°stanbul Listing Directive were amended in accordance with the decision of Borsa Ä°stanbul Board dated May 18, 2016 and approval of the Capital Markets Board dated October 25, 2016. The update version of the Directive is available in “Directives”.
